Send Your Package to Our Warehouse
When completing your purchase, enter the warehouse shipping address along with your member ID, and double-check that the address is correct.
Log Your Package
Once the seller ships your item, log the tracking number in the member system under package logging. Skipping this step may delay your shipment, so please be sure to complete it.
Package Arrival & Shipment Request
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, you'll get a text notification — you can then submit a shipment request to create your shipping order.
Tip: when submitting your shipping order, you can select any paid add-on services offered by the warehouse.
Sorting Complete — Pay Online
Once sorting is complete, you'll receive a text notification — just complete payment online in the system, then sit back and wait for delivery.
Tip: you can check full tracking details anytime under your order in the system.
